What a dream to live at a time when women's professional sports are played year-round. When the Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) launched in 2023, it filled the sports-free gap in the women's annual professional calendar. The big three leagues, WNBA, NWSL, and now PWHL, make it so there is a women's professional sports team in season all year round. Add in emerging leagues, and some of my favorite obscure sports, and no matter what time of the year it is, there is always a women's sport you can be a fan of.
